What ClipMe collects, why, who processes it, and how to have it deleted. Plain language, no dark patterns.

ClipMe is operated by CLIPME LLC (Miami, Florida, USA). This page describes exactly what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or request access, we store the email address you submit, and — only if you choose to provide them — a phone number, your streaming handle, and the short note describing your channel. We also record the referral code you arrived with (if any), the page you landed on, and the referring site, so we can tell which channels actually work.
When you create an account in the ClipMe product, we store the account details needed to run the service (email, authentication, subscription status, and the videos and clips you process).
When you submit a stream URL for clipping, we store that URL so we can process it and deliver the result.
What we do not collect
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not buy contact data about you from anyone else. Your IP address is used momentarily to rate-limit form submissions and is not written to your waitlist record.
Why we collect it
To operate the product: to place you in the waitlist queue, to send you your invite and the clips you asked for, to prevent abuse, and to understand which marketing channels bring real streamers.
Who processes it
Waitlist and marketing content are stored in our ClipMe API database (MongoDB). Media is stored with our object storage provider. Transactional email, if enabled, is sent through our email provider. We will name any additional processor here before turning it on.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are kept while the beta is running and while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete your record.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing info@clipme.com. We will action deletion requests without asking you to justify them.
Children
ClipMe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
